HCET-A Series TB02 is a high-performance thermal protection switch designed specifically for battery packs, which can

directly replace the traditional SEKI series products to provide more accurate temperature control and overheating protection.

 By integrating thermal cutout and temperature control technology, the product effectively prevents the risk of thermal runaway

caused by overcharging, short-circuiting or high ambient temperature in battery packs, and is suitable for lithium batteries,

 lead-acid batteries and new battery modules in electric vehicles, energy storage systems, industrial equipment and other fields.

Product feature:

• Dual Protection Mechanism
  Integrated “Thermal Cutoff” and “Overheat Protection”, responding to temperatures ranging from 30°C to +155°C with ±3°C accuracy.
• High Sensitivity Sensor
  Adopting solid-state thermal material and fast response structure, the trigger time is less than 3 seconds (85°C working condition), which greatly reduces the risk of heat diffusion.
• Long Life and Reliability
  Mechanical life>30,000 cycles, contacts made of silver alloy, contact resistance <50mΩ, to ensure long-term stable operation.
