The KSD301 ceramic automatic reset thermostat is the core safety component for overheating protection in bread makers, directly embedded into the heating chamber or the surface of the metal heating element. When the baking temperature exceeds the preset value (e.g., 180-220°C), the bimetallic strip instantly switches off the circuit; once the temperature drops below the safety threshold (15-30°C below the action value), it automatically resets and restores power, ensuring the safety and efficiency of continuous baking without any manual intervention.
