Customized glass tube fuses designed for harsh environments, with ultrasonic welding technology to encapsulate the wiring envelope. It supports 5A to 30A current range, and can be customized in terms of fuse characteristics (fast-break/slow-break), lead length, and jacket material (silicone/heat-shrinkable tube), which is suitable for outdoor equipments, industrial sensors, new energy battery packs and other scenarios that require weatherproof protection, and has passed the UL certification, which ensures the long term and stable operation.

Product feature:

• Ultrasonic coating process: 
  High-frequency ultrasonic welding seals the coating interface, eliminating the intrusion of water vapor and dust.
  The bonding strength between the film and the glass tube is increased by 50%, which is resistant to pulling and aging and prolongs the service life.
• Full customization service: 
  supports flexible customization of fusing characteristics (fast-break F/slow-break T), rated current (5A-30A), and lead material (tinned copper/nickel alloy).
  Optional silicone jacket (temperature resistant -60°C~200°C) or heat shrink tubing jacket (UV and corrosion resistant).
• Suitable for harsh environments: 
  Suitable for outdoor lighting, automotive electronics, offshore equipment and other high humidity and high vibration scenarios.
  Glass tube + film double-layer protection, effective resistance to sudden temperature changes and chemical corrosion.
