At Nanjing Haichuan Electronic Co., Ltd., we firmly believe that an exceptional team is the cornerstone of delivering outstanding service. To continuously inspire team vitality, deepen internal collaboration, and convey our positive corporate culture, we held our annual team-building event from May 2025.
This event was not only a relaxing journey, but also a valuable opportunity to forge team spirit, strengthen collaboration and enhance collective wisdom. We hope that by sharing these wonderful moments, you will gain a deeper understanding of the vitality and style of the HCET team.

Surpassing ourselves, working together
The core objectives of this team building event were “trust, collaboration, and win-win” and “inspiring potential and working together to move forward.” We took the team out of their familiar office environment and into the picturesque Jiangning Valley, where carefully designed experiential activities allowed each member to gain a deeper understanding of the essence of team collaboration through practical experience.
Collaborative problem-solving: In the Treasure Hunt Cavalry game, team members worked in groups under time pressure, brainstorming ideas, dividing tasks clearly, and executing efficiently, fully demonstrating Haichuan's problem-solving wisdom and efficient execution capabilities.

Trust-Building and Pushing Boundaries:  
The “Trust Journey” activity, where team members collaborated while blindfolded to navigate complex terrain, significantly enhanced trust and reliance among team members, reinforcing the power of the phrase “you're not alone in this battle.”
Cultural Immersion, Emotional Resonance: During a warm team dinner, members freely shared their insights, deepening mutual understanding and emotional connections in a relaxed atmosphere, further reinforcing the family-like warmth of the Nanjing Haichuan community.

Though the event has concluded, the unity forged, trust established, and passion ignited will endure. Every participant returned to their roles with abundant takeaways:
Stronger team cohesion: Breaking down departmental barriers, members have developed deeper camaraderie.  
More efficient collaboration models: Communication methods have been optimized through practice, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
